Panorama on quais and world famous Seine river. Historical Paris within walk distances (place Dauphine behind quai des Orfèvres...). Just stroll !

Elevator up to 5th floor. 1 floor by staircase. Small apartment has 3 rooms. 

Your own studio, lobby-lined (shared), north-east with key, is about 23 square meters large. With 2 little balconies overlooking Paris and the Seine. And 2 double glazing large windows ; to be closed when you leave home.

Etienne-Marie lives in the close room on courtyard. His 2 doors are soundproofed.

2 powerful fans for summer. Instead of air conditioning.

Private : studio, bathroom, toilets. With 2 single Auping beds (famous dutch brand for spiraalbodem ; i. e. metallic spiral bed bases).

First one is 2 x 0,90 m.

Second is 1,90 x 0,80 m.

Shared : lobby (also entrance), common room, kitchen.

WI-FI. Free landline telephone in most countries. Except special numbers (08 ...) or short numbers with specific rates. Mobiles are charged ; unless you give somebody a bell in U.S.A. (but not Hawaii & Alaska) or Canada. There might also be invoicing if you call too different numbers during your stay.

No TV but Hi-Fi.

Concrete floor is white painted ; with carpets.

A vos pieds. Au centre de tout.

Derrière le théâtre de l’Odéon, le Luxembourg sera votre jardin (vérifier les horaires de fermeture en automne-hiver). Vous pouvez y apporter votre déjeuner. Même votre dîner l’été.

At your feet. In the middle of everything. Seine quais. Rive droite and Cité island in front.The "Luxembourg" (up behind the Odeon Theater) will be your garden. There you can bring your lunch. Or dinner in the summer.

Instructions (written and orally), including safety, will be given when you enter.

Please, take shoes off when entering the apartment. For all our sakes.

Please, note that smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden. As well as use of candles.

One ID and passport will be scanned on arrival.

In your room, the 2 single beds and their mattresses must remain at the same place. So not be gathered together. Or moved elsewhere.
